The great “Secret” of life is the… Law of Attraction.
The law of attraction says like attracts like, so when you think a thought, you are also attracting those thoughts to you.
Thoughts are magnetic, and thoughts have a frequency. As you think thoughts, they are sent out into the universe, and they magnetically attract all like things that are on the same frequency. Everything sent out returns to the source-you.
When you think enough thoughts about one subject long enough, you form a belief. Beliefs, through the Law of Attraction, attract near similar beliefs. Near similar beliefs attract and combine to form human identities and it is your human identities (millions of thoughts) THAT CREATE YOUR REALITY because of the Law of Attraction.
The term IDENTITY is used because most humans identify themselves as the roles that they play. They think that they are sick, broke, fat, sad, funny, smart, a body, a mother, a doctor, a teacher, or a drunk. When your human identities seduce you into believing that you are the role that you are playing, you give up your power to consciously create. You lose power to consciously create because you are identifying your Self as merely the “actor,” when actually you are the “producer” of your life.
You create your reality based on your beliefs, even if what you believe is true, false, painful, or not relevant to whom you are now.
You are like a human transmission tower, transmitting a frequency with your thoughts. If you want to change anything in your life, change the frequency by changing your thoughts.
Your current thoughts, which form your beliefs, are creating your future life. What you think about the most or focus on the most will appear as your life.
Your thoughts/beliefs become things.
Consciously created beliefs have the power to change your life when you use the Law of Attraction to intentionally create what you want.
You will create what you want when you fully comprehend that you are at cause for your life, meaning that you know and believe that you have co-created everything that you have ever experienced in your life. Students at this level seek to experience different realities, and they are willing to modify (take action) their thoughts and beliefs to accommodate the change that they seek to create.
Psychologists estimate that over ninety percent of your beliefs are unconscious, and that most of your unconscious beliefs were created as a result of thoughts that you were positively and negatively programmed to believe.
No two objects can occupy the same space at the same time. Therefore, you must learn how to stop creating your negative beliefs (dis-create) in order to make room for the positive beliefs (hundreds of thoughts) that you want to affirm and consciously create.
You must first clear away your own emotional debris so that you can create what you want on a clean slate of mind. You can say affirmations until your tongue falls out, but they won’t bring you long-term success because your mind is too cluttered with negative beliefs. These negative beliefs will contradict what you are trying to create.
Affirmations (which are hundreds of thoughts about what you want) ALONE don’t work, and as such you need to clean old negative beliefs from the slate of your mind so that they will work. This is true because by age forty you will have reinforced 584 million negative thoughts. So if you believe in the power of positive affirmations, and you do 100 affirmations a day (vs. 40,000 negative thoughts per day), that would be like trying to bail out a sinking boat with a thimble. This proves mathematically that affirmations ALONE don’t work!
