The Law of Attraction is a law of nature.
Nothing can come into your experience unless you summon it through persistent thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
To know what you’re thinking, ask yourself how you are feeling. Emotions are valuable tools that instantly tell us what we are thinking.
It is impossible to feel bad and at the same time have good thoughts.
Your thoughts determine your frequency, and your feelings tell you immediately what frequency you are on. When you feel bad, you are on the frequency of drawing more bad things. When you feel good, you are powerfully attracting more good things to you.

The feeling of love is the highest frequency you can emit. The greater the love you emit, the greater the power you are harnessing to attract the things you want.
Your ability to activate the Law of Attraction depends on your ability to “match” your feelings with the creative source of all life. Match your feelings with the universal life source and you can manifest what you want as a conscious creator.
Fail to match your feelings and the power of conscious creation will elude you and you will create what you resist, not what you want.
Make a conscious decision to feel good because you can’t be connected to Spirit and be stressed, fearful, depressed, etc. at the same time.
When you feel good you are connected to your positive intentions regardless of what goes on around you or what others expect of you.
Stress is a signal that you can use to alert yourself to the fact that what you are thinking about is what you do not want. Stress does not exist in the world; what does exist are people who think stressful thoughts.
You can’t be connected to Spirit and be stressed at the same time.
By feeling good you become an instrument of peace. By feeling bad you stay in the energy field that creates resistance to positive change.
It’s better to feel your feelings for ten minutes in order to heal them, than to keep resisting them, which causes you to relive them over and over again for the next ten years.
Painful feelings are "SIGNPOSTS" that show you what you still need to heal something.
Feelings aren’t right, wrong, good, or bad… they just are!
Forgiveness is a self-protection mechanism that helps you to feel your feelings.
Change is what happens when the pain of holding on to your uncomfortable feelings becomes greater than your fear of letting them go.
To match your vibrational frequencies with your conscious intention, you first have to train yourself to hear your thoughts that are making you feel bad. Then consciously shift your thinking to what you consciously intend to create, which will make you feel good. This two step exercise is called dis-creation.
All stressful thoughts represent a form of resistance that needs to be dis-created.
Attention energizes (gives energy) to the Law of Attraction, which then pulls your aspirations to you because whatever you put your attention on increases.
